Room Hire

Regular hirers and those wishing to hire the premises for any event that includes members of the public (such as a concert) are required to have in place their own Public Liability Insurance.

For regular hirers of the Hall, St. Cecilia and Committee Room there is a discounted rate, available on request.

The Church

  • The church is available to hire for concerts etc. (includes use of Grand Piano). The cost is £40.00 per hour.
  • There is a folding partition between the church and the hall which may be opened should you wish to hire both the church and the hall for an event. 

 We also have three rooms available for hire. Hirers may also make use of the following:

  • PA System (in the church itself)
  • Projector screen
  • 13 x large tables measuring 180cm x 75cm
  • 4 x medium tables measuring 120cm x 75cm
  • 5 x small tables measuring 60cm x 60cm
  • 86 x plastic chairs
  • 4 x children’s tables
  • 25 x children’s chairs
  •  2 x children’s benches

Hall

Dimensions: 8.65m x 8.25m (28’4" x 27’) Capacity: 70 seated at tables, 80 seated for meetings. Piano. Fully functioning kitchen attached. Disabled access and toilet. Baby changing facilities. Cost: £30.00 per hour.

There is a flat rate for children's parties of £120.00 for up to 4 hours' hire.

Dimensions: 6.6m x 4.4m (21’7" x 14’5"). Capacity: 10 to 15. Piano. Kitchenette with sink, kettle & microwave. No disabled access from outside. Disabled toilet and baby changing facilities. Cost: £22.00 per hour.

Dimensions: 5.8m x 4.65m (19’ x 15’3") Capacity: 15 to 20 seated. Large meeting table and fourteen chairs. Cost: £20.00 per hour.
